We have 2 shipping dates each month:
If you order your first box between 1st-14th of the month, you will receive each box between 19th-22nd of the next month.
If you order your first box between 15th-31st of the month, you will receive each box between 5th-9th of the month.
Please email us at help@notjustnibbles.com if you have ordered within these dates and not received your box. We will be happy to help you.

If you cancel your subscription with us your subscription will say ‘pending’ until your subscription cycle is up. After your cycle is up it will automatically change to ‘cancelled’.
The ingredients will change each month, so some months they may contain nuts. However, we prepare the boxes in a kitchen which handles nuts. So please be mindful of this when ordering.
You just pick the plan which suits you, add it to your basket and pay at our secure online checkout. We will deliver it straight to your door for free.
You can easily reset your password in these 3 easy steps:
1. Go to ‘my accounts’ page.
2. Click on ‘lost password’.
3. Enter your email address and we will send you an email for you to reset your password.
We are piloting a programme to work with schools and nurseries to make this accessible for everyone. If this is something you would be interested in then send an email to danielle@notjustnibbles.com. We would love to hear from you.
1. Log into ‘My accounts‘.
2. Click on the ‘subscriptions‘ tab.
3. ‘View‘ the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Click ‘cancel‘.
Note: Your account will say ‘pending’ cancellation until the end of your subscription period. Cancelling your renewal means that your 3, 6 or 12 month subscription will end once your chosen monthly cycle is up. You can easily reactivate this at anytime by clicking ‘reactivate‘ in your accounts tab.

You can change your subscription anytime. Your new plan will renew when your current cycle ends.
Right now we don’t have the option for you to pay monthly but it is something we are working on. Once we have this option we will update you via email.
We automatically renew your subscription so that you don’t have to do it manually each month. This makes it easy to cancel when it is right for you.
